• Become ill, develop a fever, a cold, sore throat, diarrhea, or flu symptoms within 48 hours. Tell us the symptoms and when they started. 
• Think that your blood may not be suitable for a patient. If you do not want to give specifics about why we should not use your blood, just say “for confidential reasons.” 
• Within 14 days are diagnosed with West Nile Virus or develop the symptoms of West Nile Virus which include a headache in conjunction with fever above 101 F.”
